Terms of Service

By using TripFork you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We're a small project and these terms exist to protect both sides reasonably.

TripFork is an AI-powered food itinerary planning tool. It generates restaurant suggestions and trip plans using Google Gemini. All suggestions are AI-generated and should be treated as a starting point — always verify a restaurant is open and accepting reservations before you show up.

You need an account to save trips. You're responsible for keeping your account secure. You may not share your account or use TripFork to do anything illegal. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Restaurant names, ratings, distances, and tips in generated itineraries are produced by AI and may be inaccurate, outdated, or fictional. TripFork makes no warranty about the accuracy of any generated content.

Do not rely solely on TripFork for allergy information, food safety, or medical dietary requirements. Always verify with the restaurant directly.

You may use TripFork for personal trip planning. You may not:

• Scrape or bulk-export AI-generated itineraries for commercial use
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the API
• Use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
• Resell or redistribute TripFork content without permission

The TripFork name, logo, and UI are our property. Trip itineraries you generate are yours — we don't claim ownership over your saved trips.

TripFork is provided as-is. We may change, pause, or shut down features at any time without notice. We'll do our best not to, but we're a side project and can't make uptime guarantees.

TripFork is not liable for any loss, damage, or bad meal resulting from use of the service. The maximum liability we'll accept is the amount you paid us (which is nothing, since the service is free).

We may update these terms. We'll update the date at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
